Warranty Policy
We are committed to ensuring the highest level of service and product reliability. All Hiniso consumer dry cabinets purchased for personal or home use are covered by a 6-year warranty, covering essential components including the condenser, LCD display, and adapter under normal use conditions.
For any unit installed or used at a commercial, business, or company address—including offices, retail outlets, studios, and workshops—the warranty coverage is 5 years, regardless of whether the unit is a consumer or professional model. This distinction ensures appropriate coverage based on usage environment and operating conditions.
1. Parts Replacement:
Should any of the covered components require replacement, we will arrange for the necessary parts to be delivered directly to your address. A detailed video installation guide will be provided to facilitate easy installation.
2. Replacement Timeline:
Replacement parts will be dispatched within 30 days of receiving your request.
3. Warranty Registration:
For customers who have purchased through our online store, warranty registration is not required. To initiate a warranty claim, please email us at support@drybox.com.my with the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Images clearly showing the issue
