How do I order online?

How do I track my order?

Once your order is ready for shipping, we will send you a shipment confirmation email.

Can I pick-up my order in store?

We are sorry to inform that currently our system do not support pick-up products directly.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

Simply email with the address change, together with your order confirmation number and details.

Does someone need to be home to accept delivery?

Yes. It is necessary for someone to be available to accept delivery as our logistic system requires a signature as acknowledgement receipt of the goods.

How do I cancel my order?

No cancellation can be done once the order and services are paid and confirmed.

When my order will be shipped out?

We strive to ensure that your order is processed quickly. Once your order is packed and ready, it will be shipped out within 24 hours.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

A standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for drop-off deliveries.

Door-to-door delivery for bulky items will be delivered on the confirmed delivery date. If an assembly is required, the assembly will be done on the same day.

How much does it cost to deliver a product?

Delivery is Free within Peninsular Malaysia. For Sabah & Sarawak, the fee varies according to product and is computed based on the size and weight of the product.

The charges will be automatically calculated when you proceed to Checkout and displayed above your total sum to be paid.

Do you provide delivery and installation services?

Yes, for bulky items and the areas that are under coverage.

What is your warranty policy?

All of our dry boxes come with 6 Years warranty.

Warranty covers all electronics parts. ie: Dehumidifier module, power adapter and electronic panel.

No additional registration is required. Warranty begins on day of delivery.

How do I register for warranty?

Warranty is automatic with purchase and is based on your Order ID or Invoice No.

What can I use my Dry Box for?

(i) Musical Instruments

Musical instruments such as violins and guitars consists of a wooden chassis and wood is a hydrophilic material, what this means is that wood has a special affinity for water. With Malaysia's humid climate, your instruments is likely to soak up unwanted moisture and this will affect the aesthetic and acoustics of your instruments.

(ii) Micro-chips, semiconductors and other precision or engineering related parts

These parts may be a small part of an equipment but they should not be neglected as they are essentially the ‘Brains’ of the machine. As such, extra care should be taken when dealing with these items as the slightest moisture could potentially damage them. To prevent these risks, these parts should be stored in a dry box during the pre-production process.

What are the care instructions for Dry Box?
  • Please do not store any corrosive or flammable substances/products inside the the dry box.
  • Please do not place your dry box outdoors or under direct sunlight.
  • Please leave a gap of 5cm between the dry box and the wall for ventilation purposes.

Are my Dry Box Shelves removable?

Yes, shelves are completely removable and adjustable for all models.

What is the difference between an Analog and a Digital Model?
  • For digital models, you can simply adjust the humidity settings by pressing the up/down buttons.
  • For analog models, you can adjust the humidity settings by turning the knob found inside the dry box.
How accurate is the dehumidification system?

By design, all dry boxes boasts an accuracy of ±2% RH. For bigger models,±5% RH.

Why is there a temperature modue/Is the temperature adjustable?
  • The temperature module only measures the temperatures based on the ambient temperature.
  • Dry Boxes are unable to adjust the temperatures inside the unit and they are only capable of adjusting the humidity levels.
  • Only humidors can control both temperature and humidity.
How much power does the Dry Box consume?

The power consumption for Auto Dry Box is quite low. On average, dry boxes consumes less than 10 watts (W) per day.
