Products are available in physical camera shops, specialised stores & showrooms. Customers can test units before purchase. Vamos mostly sold only via online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada). Very limited physical presence. Warehouse mainly located in Penang, slower support or logistics for West Malaysia’s central/southern regions and East Malaysia.

 5 years warranty. Vamos warranty depends on individual marketplace sellers. After-sales service is unguaranteed. Support may require shipping back to Penang warehouse.

Hiniso has a very wide capacity range: 18L, 30L, 35L, 55L, 80L, 125L, 160L, 300L, 320L (guitar), dual-zone 600L & industrial models.

 Vamos has Common sizes only: 35L, 60L, 90L and 600L. Fewer specialised or industrial-grade options.

Vamos is Budget-friendly, but paired with dated technology and less stable long-term performance.
Mostly with Digital control system — digital panel, precise RH setting, LED interior lighting, and accurate readings without manual calibration. Most of the Vamos models use analog humidity control, which needs more monitoring — a key reason for the lower pricing.
