Reseller Shipping Policy
1. Delivery and Shipping Fees

West Malaysia (Peninsular) & East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)

Direct Orders: Shipping charges apply, kindly refer here to check out the rates. For East Malaysia order, please request a shipping quote from us.

For Marketplace Orders:

Starting December 22, 2025, DryBox will no longer assist with drop-off services for Tiktok, Shopee & Lazada Express orders. From past cases, glass will break and dents will occur, and any replacements are chargeable.
- If resellers insist on using drop-off, the following drop-off charges will apply. These charges apply per order and will be invoiced separately.
Below 80L: RM25
80L–125L: RM40
160L–300L: RM65
Above 300L: RM90
- Resellers are required to enable Seller Own Fleet for both East and West Malaysia marketplace deliveries. In addition to the standard product pricing, resellers must cover the shipping charges according to the shipping rate. These charges will be added to the final order invoice.
- For Sabah & Sarawak Orders, Tiktok/Shopee/Lazada policy require 3-layer bubble wrap. We will add RM15 for the required protection.
- If resellers insist on using drop-off, the following drop-off charges will apply. These charges apply per order and will be invoiced separately.

2. Unboxing and Inspection Policy (Units 300L and Above)

For dry cabinets 300L and above, unboxing and inspection must be done on the spot upon delivery.

Our delivery team will wait while you:

Unbox the cabinet.

Inspect the unit for any dents, damages, or defects.

Sign an acknowledgment confirming the unit is received in good condition.

If the cabinet is found dented or damaged on the spot, we will arrange a 1-to-1 replacement at no additional cost.
3. Waiver of Liability for Uninspected Units

If the customer chooses not to unbox and inspect on the spot, the following conditions apply:

The customer accepts the risk for any dents, damages, or defects discovered after signing the acknowledgment form.

If dents or damages are found after acknowledgment, DryBox will not provide a 1-to-1 replacement. Any subsequent support or resolution will be handled at DryBox’s discretion and may involve repair charges or partial compensation, subject to assessment.

4. Shipping Fees for Free and Warranty Units

Shipping fees apply for all free units provided to resellers under promotions, marketing support, or other arrangements.

Shipping fees also apply for replacement units issued under warranty.
- Free units and warranty replacement units do not include free shipping unless otherwise stated in writing.
5. General Terms

Shipping fees are separate from product pricing unless otherwise stated.

Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances.
